About CTEC
Central Texas Education Center (CTEC) is the overseeing non-profit organization of Brown County Christian School. CTEC’s board and leadership comprises current and former educators and local business owners to provide oversight and development for educational opportunities in Central Texas. Founded February 22, 2023 by William and Sarah Hoffman, the primary mission of CTEC is to oversee Brown County Christian School, a private school located in Brownwood, Texas, which serves students in Pre-K through High School. Central Texas Education Center, in the future, has plans to expand its oversight to be able to assist the education needs of families in Brown County and beyond.

A Message from Our Founder and Board President
In 2023, it was placed in our hearts to bring the oversight of the former private school Victory Life Academy back to its local level. Through prayerful consideration and discussions, Central Texas Education Center was formed. We aim to have a place where students and families can partner to form a cohesive bond to see Christ in education to not only prepare students academically but equip them spiritually for the world outside their window and empower them to go into the world to make a difference. We look forward to partnering with families in Central Texas and beyond!
